TAGS & DETACHERS

There are many styles of tags available depending on your security needs. Our Standard in house frequency is 4.8MHz and 8.2MHz. If you need tags for a specific purpose please do not hesitate to contact us. With tags, the larger the tag, the better the detection range.

Superlock Mini Hard Tags
Frequency Available:4.8MHz
The Superlock Mini Hard Tags has a diameter of only 50mm and is our standard tag used for 4.8MHz systems. They offer an excellent value and a good detection range. The tags are available in white and have the newest style locking mechanism available. Detection is up to 110cm for each side of the antenna

Superlock Standard Hard Tags
Frequency Available: 4.8MHz
The Standard hard tag is slightly larger than the mini hard tag at a diameter of 62mm allowing for a longer detection range yet still at a low cost. In our 4.8MHz systems a detection range can be up to 140cm for each side of the antenna.

Superlock Griffe Tag
Frequency Available: 4.8MHz
This tag’s pin is the same diameter as the tag itself. The advantage being that with a greater area for the pin to hold onto the garment the less stress there is on the garment. The tag is 50mm in diameter and has the same detection as the mini hard tag.

Blister Tag
Frequency Available: 4.8MHz, 8.2MHz
This tag is made to fasten through the hole used in blister packaged items to hook it on merchandising displays. The hard tags allows for reusability instead of using label tags and provide a more visible deterrent and longer detection range with up to 130cm on each side of the antenna.

Superlock Grip Tags
Frequency Available:4.8MHz
The Grip tags have either a rubber coated metal loop (the grey tag) or a plastic loop (white tag) with metal reinforcement that allows the tag to be fastened to bottles or any other round hard object such as tennis rackets or golf clubs. It is the same size tag as the Mini Hard tag and has the same detection range of 110cm on either side of the antenna.

Optical Tag
Frequency Available: 4.8MHz
The optical tag is designed for sunglasses and glasses to be protected using a built in special locking mechanism to secure it around the frame. Available in beige with detection rate of up to 100cm on either side of the antenna.

Soft Tags
Frequency Available:4.8MHz
Soft tags are used either as secondary tags on expensive goods or can be used as the primary tag where the tag needs to be as thin as possible. The Soft tags are printed with a fake bar code and “Quality Control” printed on it . Available with or without a locking pin & clutch. Detection range is up to 130cm on each side of the antenna.

Spider Wrap Tags
Frequency Available:4.8MHz
Spider wraps are designed for large packaging where you want the security in knowing that no one can open up the package and the reliability of a reusable hard tag. Detection range is up to 130cm on either side of the antenna. Ink Pin/Tag The Ink will detonate if it is forcefully removed. It can be used as a regular pin with hard tags or as a non-alarming tag using a clutch which is useful for protecting goods near EAS systems or outside the store.

Ink Tags

Superlock UFO Tags
Frequency Available:8.2MHz
The Superlock UFO tag is small and has a detection range similar to a 5x5cm Label tag. These tags are used only in stores requiring 8.2MHz labels and need hard tags for article of clothing or other soft goods where labels wont work .

Label Tags
Frequency Available: 4.8MHz, 8.2MHz
Label tags are paper thin tags where a circuit is printed on a label with an adhesive side so that it can be applied to hard products such as CD’s, boxed products and general merchandise. The tags are available in 4x4cm and 5x5cm with a simulated bar code. The tags are single use and must be deactivated before the product leaves the store. The bigger the label the better the detection range.

Superlock Counter-Top Detacher
Designed to be mounted on top of the counter this detacher works with most hard tags except “Griffe” tag.

Superlock Counter-Sunk Detacher
Made to be flush on the counter. This detacher works with most hard tags except “Griffe” tag.

Superlock Universal Counter-Top Detacher
This detacher is specifically designed for the Griffe tag. However all other hard tags can be used with this. Designed to be mounted on top of the counter.
